Job Title: Procurement Manager - Indirect Procurement

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Manager at Aimlay Pvt Ltd, located in New Delhi. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing procurement processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes for indirect categories (e.g., IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, HR, marketing).
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings and value.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, service, or delivery.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Deliver cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  • Improve supplier performance and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Procurement Manager or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
