The role of Procurement Lead demands a high level of strategic vision and leadership to drive procurement processes effectively. This position requires someone who can oversee the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process, ensuring compliance and robust financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement efficient control mechanisms for the P2P process.
  • Conduct regular reviews of control design and operating effectiveness.
  • Maintain zero non-compliance issues during audits.

This individual will work closely with Project Teams, Finance, and external vendors to achieve efficient procurement outcomes while maintaining strong compliance and financial controls.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A Post Graduate degree or equivalent with 8-10 years of relevant experience in procurement or financial management is preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a procurement leadership role within the construction or real estate sectors is required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent skills in managing procurement functions, financial planning, and team leadership.
