Job Title: Captive Sales- Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Captive Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy and customer management efforts in Warangal and Karimnagar.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends, and provide insights to inform sales decisions
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Generate leads through effective networking and outreach efforts, and utilize product knowledge to drive sales and meet customer needs
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to maximize revenue, and coordinate marketing campaigns to promote products and services
  • Analyze sales data and trends to make informed business decisions and optimize sales strategies

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, customer management, and market research
  • Executive-level experience and leadership skills required
  • Strong product knowledge and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and trends, and make informed business decisions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
