Job Description

Avensys is a global IT professional services company based in Singapore. Our service spectrum includes enterprise solution consulting, business intelligence, and business process automation.

We are looking to hire a SAP SF PMGM, Succession, CDP Consultant with 8+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Performance & Goal Management (PMGM) and Succession, Career & Development Planning (SMCDP).

This role requires the consultant to lead the design and configuration of PMGM & SMCDP modules, conduct workshops with HR / business stakeholders, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP & 5+ years of hands‑on experience working exclusively in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong expertise in PMGM: goal plans, performance cycles, calibrations, 360 reviews, feedback workflows etc.
  • Solid experience in SMCDP: succession models, MDF objects, development paths, career worksheets etc.
  • Experience with at least one full end‑to‑end implementation of PMGM & SMCDP modules.
  • Proven ability to handle change requests, enhancements, and maintenance of PMGM & SMCDP.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes related to performance, goal setting, career planning, succession planning.
  • Familiarity with integration points with other SuccessFactors modules and/or third‑party systems.
  • Strong skills in business requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, UAT, and post‑go‑live support.
