Project Manager Role

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Project Manager where you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project management for client implementations. You will collaborate with colleagues across departments to scope and understand requirements, design project management elements, and provide support to clients and colleagues throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will develop a working knowledge of Talogy solutions and platforms to inform project decisions.
  • You will work closely with clients and colleagues to create project 'scope of work' plans and documentation that meets project goals.
  • You will lead and facilitate planning sessions to build consensus among project team members regarding task definitions, sequencing, and interdependencies.
  • You will create and communicate detailed project plans to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
  • You will prepare project reports for status meetings as required to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • You will identify, track, and communicate on project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies to minimize disruptions.
  • You will maintain strong customer relationships by handling questions, concerns, and feedback with speed, accuracy, friendliness, and professionalism.
  • You will ensure project plans deliver against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and other Key Performance Indicator (KPI) expectations regarding costs, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.

To achieve success in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Previous experience in a project management environment.
  • Education/certification in project management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using web-based project management software such as MS Project or Jira.
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Demonstrable evidence of collaboration, multitasking, and prioritization skills to manage workloads effectively.
