Job Title: Accounts Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Manager with expertise in account mining, farming, and new account acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IT services, solutions, and consulting.

This role requires nurturing long-term client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and opening new business opportunities across the NCR region.

About the Role:
  • Drive account mining and farming by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities in IT solutions for existing accounts.
  • Lead new account acquisition initiatives within the Gurugram/Delhi/NCR regions.
  • Build and maintain strong CXO-level relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Delivery, Pre-sales, Solution Architects) to tailor offerings according to client needs.
  • Track and manage account health, revenue forecasting, and pipeline growth.
  • Stay updated with IT industry trends and digital transformation areas (ERP, Data, Cloud, Analytics).
  • Ensure timely and clear communication of client requirements to internal stakeholders for successful execution.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 8–10 years of proven experience in Account Management, preferably in IT/Tech services.
  • Demonstrated success in mining and farming large accounts as well as opening new accounts.
  • Strong understanding of IT industry solutions (ERP, Cloud, Analytics, SaaS, Digital Transformation).
  • Excellent relationship-building skills at CXO and senior stakeholder levels.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven professional with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
