Job Description

We are seeking a skilled banking professional to join our team in managing CA value-growth, generating fee income from trade forex, retail banking, and business banking relationships.

Responsibilities include acquiring high-value CASA relationships from within the group, increasing customer-to-group and product-to-group ratios, deepening and up-selling on key CA-led relationships, and maintaining superior client servicing standards.

  • Manage CA value-growth by identifying and developing opportunities for cross-selling wealth management products to clients.
  • Generate fee income from trade forex, retail banking, and business banking relationships.
  • Acquire high-value CASA relationships from within the group and increase customer-to-group and product-to-group ratios.
  • Deepen and up-sell on key CA-led relationships to achieve goal sheet targets across CASA value, Tfx income, BB, CMS, LI, MF, locker, NTB acquisition, and other products.
  • Maintain superior client servicing standards and rigor in managing relationships.
  • Develop thorough understanding of transactional and commercial banking products to drive superior product and process for sales and service to premier CA clients.
  • Seek references from existing clients to generate prospect lists for new-to-bank acquisitions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
