About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Manager to oversee operational workflows for IP protection services, build strong client relationships, and drive innovation in new business models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage enforcement efforts and e-commerce activities across marketplaces, domains, and social media.
  • Lead onboarding to ensure a smooth transition and establish brand protection strategies.
  • Drive initiatives in brand protection process improvement, new business models, and innovation.
  • Partner with the CCO to identify, research, and drive forward new leads, client relationships, and strategic partnerships.
  • Provide regular performance reports, strategic insights, and recommendations to guide decision-making and growth.
Requirements:
  • An online brand protection pro with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with takedowns on marketplaces, domains, and social media.
  • A Master's in Business and/or Legal, with strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset.
