About the Job

Role Overview

  • This position plays a pivotal role in crafting innovative, multi-modal user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a domain expert and advocate for best practices within the product development team.
  • Act as the central hub for stakeholders (both internal and external) regarding our UX Design System, interacting with Product Management, stakeholders, early adopter customers, Services, and the Platform team.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to scope and prioritize new requirements.
  • Create and present documented requirements to stakeholders for feedback.
  • Work closely with UX designers to develop an intuitive and seamless user experience catering to the needs of our portfolio of products.
  • Ensure that the Design System effectively aligns with business objectives of customers and end users, reflecting the vision of the Chief Design Officer.
  • Demonstrate new functionality to stakeholders for feedback.
  • Gather understanding of business requirements for various Blue Yonder product suites as needed.
  • Gain mastery over the domain you are leading, customer and user needs, our existing product suite, and the competitive landscape to inform product vision for new features and products.
  • Maintain a collaborative environment fostering creativity among team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of prior Business Analyst or Customer Engagement experience working with user experience design systems, common component libraries, and UX frameworks.
  • Experience in enterprise software user experience. Consumer user experience is a plus.
  • Potential for hyper-collaboration between functions: PM, PD, and PE.
  • Passion for driving change.
  • Prior exposure to agile methodology, managing scrum teams, and backlog grooming.
  • Excellent problem-solving and strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills with internal and external customers.
  • Cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strategic thinking and teamwork.
  • Able to take initiative and work independently.
