Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive support for day-to-day accounting, administrative, and secretarial tasks.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts with meticulous accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer invoices and send reminders as needed.
- Arrange for payments from customers and follow up to ensure timely receipt.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets that align with business objectives.
- Offer periodic updates to management on finance activities, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho, QuickBooks, and Tally is necessary.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
This role requires a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
