Seeking professionals to support the development and delivery of inclusive, data-driven digital learning programs. These programs will be designed for multiple clients across various industries.

We are looking for skilled Learning & Development specialists to collaborate with our team remotely. The ideal candidates will have strong portfolios showcasing their experience in Instructional Design, Project Management, eLearning Development, and other related fields.

The selected individuals will work on a contract basis, with rates depending on the role, seniority, and geography. Durations may vary, with some retainers possible.

About the opportunity

  • We're building a pool of Learning & Development experts to deliver digital learning programs to various clients.
  • Candidates should have a minimum 5+ years of demonstrable L&D experience, preferably in enterprise or consulting environments.

Languages

English is required; French and/or German are strongly preferred. Please indicate proficiency level (e.g., CEFR B2/C1/C2).

What you'll do (varies by function)

  • Design and deliver learning experiences and training events to measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders/SMEs across time zones and languages.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Instructional Designers — course design, accessibility & localization (CPLP/APTD/CELP/ATD a plus)
  • Project Managers — multi-workstream planning, stakeholder comms, budgets/risks
  • eLearning Developers – Articulate Storyline (ASL) — SCORM/xAPI, templates, interactions
  • HTML5 Learning Developers — responsive UI, JS/CSS, LMS compatibility, WCAG 2.1
  • Learning Technologists — AR/VR, serious games, hybrid classrooms (X2O/OneRoom)
  • Data & Evaluation Analysts — Power BI, Tableau, Excel/SQL, SurveyMonkey, NVivo; experience designing feedback and evaluation frameworks
