Product Assurance Specialist

Quality engineers ensure products meet high standards and regulations by inspecting raw materials, conducting in-process quality checks, and maintaining inspection records. A Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for implementing quality control processes to achieve optimal results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and Verify
    • Examine incoming raw materials, components, and parts against specifications and purchase orders.
    • Create inspection reports and escalate any deviations found.
    • Participate in First Article Inspections (FAI) and sample approval processes.
  • Quality Checks
    • Conduct quality inspections across production stages to ensure products meet specifications.
    • IDentify real-time defects or process deviations and initiate immediate corrective actions.
    • E nsure adherence to quality checkpoints and control plans on the shop floor.
  • Coordination & Problem Solving
    • Work with production supervisors and operators to implement quality standards.
    • Lead or support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) for defects or non-conformities.
    • Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Documentation & Tools
    • Maintain comprehensive inspection records, reports, and change logs.
    • E nsure all inspection tools and gauges are calibrated and used correctly.
    • Support internal and external audits with traceable documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in quality engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of quality inspection methods, gauging techniques, and measurement tools.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
