Senior Integration Cloud Developer

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data integration solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and third-party systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop robust, secure, and high-performing data integration solutions using OIC.
  • Architect end-to-end integration flows to ensure performance, security, and compliance.
  • Re-engineer existing integrations for better performance, maintainability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Leverage OIC's advanced adapters, orchestration patterns, and error-handling frameworks.
  • Provide technical guidance and enforce best practices among junior developers.
  • Lead architectural discussions and influence technical decision-making.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical/functional issues with root-cause analysis.
  • Implement monitoring and support mechanisms for production-grade integrations.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical leads to translate requirements into effective solutions.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and process flows.
  • Champion integration best practices, API security, governance, and management within OIC.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of integration artifacts.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of experience in integration development with a strong focus on OIC.
  • Deep knowledge of orchestration-based, scheduled, and file-based integrations, plus API management.
  • Proven experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, SCM) with third-party systems.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced OIC adapters, error-handling frameworks, AI/ML-powered insights, and OCI services (API Gateway, Vault, etc.).
  • Strong track record in leading technical teams and owning end-to-end deliverables.
  • Excellent ability to articulate integration concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
