Oracle CC&B Functional Consultant PositionJob Overview:

We seek a seasoned Oracle CC&B professional to assume this critical role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement Oracle CC&B modules according to business requirements, focusing on customer management, billing, payments, metering, collections, and service orders.
  • Support end-to-end implementation activities including design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Translate business processes into efficient system solutions within Oracle CC&B.
  • Prepare comprehensive functional design documents and collaborate with technical teams for the development of customizations, integrations, and reports.
  • Conduct thorough system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on Oracle CC&B best practices, enhancements, and new functionalities.
  • Assist in project planning, effort estimation, and risk management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-14 years of experience in Oracle CC&B functional consulting (implementation, upgrade, or support).
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
  • Deep understanding of utility business processes: customer management, billing, payments, metering, collections, and service orders.
  • Experience creating functional design documents, test plans, and training materials.
  • Familiarity with Oracle CC&B integration with other systems (MDM, CIS, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
