Job Title: Senior Fund Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled fund accountant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a professional who is passionate about financial management and wants to contribute to the growth of our organization.

The role involves working with various stakeholders, including private equity firms, administrators, and internal teams. You will be responsible for preparing daily cash reports, reconciling movements in capacity and loan balances, and reviewing cash management proposals.

You will also have the opportunity to work independently, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to enhance processes and procedures.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare daily cash reports for active private equity secondaries funds.
  • Reconcile movements in capacity and loan balances.
  • Review cash management proposals from administrators.
  • Liaise with fund owners within the Treasury team.
  • Prepare loan instructions and FX instructions.
  • Closed collaboration with the treasury team.

Requirements:

  • Post-graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 9+ years of experience in fund accounting preferred.
  • Managing and/or leading employees for 2-3 years.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of PCAP and quarterly preparing PCAP.
  • Ability to work hands-on and produce high-quality work products.
  • Experience working independently and identifying ways to enhance processes and procedures.
  • Ability to prioritize a large workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
