As a pivotal member of our product team, you will be the day-to-day liaison between our product management and engineering teams, focusing on the execution of our product roadmap.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for translating product strategy into a clear, actionable plan, ensuring that our development team has everything it needs to deliver high-quality features on time. This is a hands-on, execution-focused position where you will be instrumental in the smooth delivery of our lead quality platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and maintaining the product backlog, creating, refining, and prioritizing user stories and acceptance criteria based on the product roadmap and business value.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer and the Product Manager within the sprint team, participating in all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for the development team's questions, providing clarification and a deeper understanding of user stories and business requirements.
  • Writing clear, concise, and detailed user stories that include acceptance criteria and dependencies, ensuring engineers can build solutions with minimal ambiguity.
  • Reviewing and accepting completed work, ensuring it meets the definition of done and the original requirements before it is released to QA or production.
  • Facilitating effective communication between engineering, UX/UI, and the broader product team to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks.
  • Understanding the technical implications of product decisions and working with the engineering team to manage technical debt and ensure sustainable development practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience working directly with an Agile development team and managing a product backlog.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • The ability to translate complex product requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to unblock teams and keep projects moving forward.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Azure DevOps.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience in the Marketing Technology (MarTech) space.
  • Experience with data-intensive or integration-heavy products.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.
