Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to spearhead business growth in the US IT Contingent Staffing market.

About the Role:

  • Pursue and develop new business opportunities within mid-sized to large enterprises in the US.
  • Drive lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Bulk up and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as Hiring Managers, Procurement Managers, and HR executives.
  • Gain insight into client requirements and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver high-quality IT contingent resources.
  • Negotiate and seal contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
  • Keep track of a healthy sales pipeline and report regular progress to leadership.
  • Team up with the delivery/recruiting team to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development within the US IT Staffing industry (Contingent Staffing focus).
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • A robust existing network of clients, prospects, and industry contacts in the US.
  • A deep understanding of the US staffing and hiring lifecycle, VMS/MSP processes, and vendor engagement.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of urgency and a results-oriented mindset.
