Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and maintain our master data in ERP systems. This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient data management processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and improve reporting formats.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of changes in item master and pricing.
Data Management and Reporting
  • Prepare and publish daily reports for operations and supply chain teams.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports/scorecards covering key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure timely availability of reports to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Master Data Management / MIS / Reporting in FMCG, Manufacturing, or related industries.
Desirable Skills
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
  • Strong MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formatting, and macros knowledge.
  • Ability to handle large data sets and maintain high accuracy.
