About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Design Professional to join our team as a Lead Designer.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch design solutions that exceed customer expectations.

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their unique needs and preferences.
  • Create comprehensive design plans, including quoting, detailed designing, and production drawings.
  • Prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputable institution (minimum 2 years).
  • Proven site experience with confidence in installing proposed designs with minimal hassle.
  • A customer-centric approach that balances functionality, aesthetics, and budget considerations.
  • Experience working on residential projects is essential.
  • Proficiency in Google Sketchup software is required.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) and local language desirable.
