Key Position Overview

This is a critical leadership role within the organization, focusing on risk management and internal audit functions.

The ideal candidate will possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and relevant experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), internal controls, and internal audit.

A strong understanding of risk frameworks, IFC testing, and internal audit methodologies is essential for this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ERM frameworks that align with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify key risks facing the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to define mitigation plans and monitor progress.
  • Lead the design and implementation of Internal Financial Controls (IFC) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain Risk and Control Matrices (RACMs) and process documentation.
  • Coordinate with statutory auditors for IFC testing and ensure timely closure of control gaps.
  • Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans.
  • Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ERM, internal controls, and internal audit.
  • Experience working with senior leaders, statutory auditors, and audit committees.
  • In-depth knowledge of risk frameworks, IFC testing, and internal audit methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems like SAP S4 HANA.
