Lead GRC Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our GRC strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk awareness. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective GRC programs, driving process improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement GRC strategies that align with business objectives
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Foster a culture of risk awareness and promote best practices in GRC
Requirements
  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in GRC, preferably with expertise in tools such as OpenPages, MetricStream, ServiceNow, or Archer
  • Demonstrated track record of success in developing and implementing GRC strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
