About the Role:

  • Surgical Assistance: Assist in minor and major surgeries as per specialty and training.
  • Consultations (OPD & IPD): Conduct outpatient consultations and inpatient care with an emphasis on listening, personalized care, and integrative approaches.
  • Follow-up & Patient Management: Support patient care from admission to discharge with focus on continuity and compassion.
  • Academic & Educational Engagement: Participate in discussions, case reviews, teaching sessions, journal clubs, and ongoing training.
  • Clinical Documentation: Maintain clean, thoughtful patient records that reflect both technical accuracy and clinical insight.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Allopathy: MBBS only | Valid registration with relevant Medical Council
  • Ayurveda: MD/MS (Surgery) after BAMS | Valid registration with relevant Council
  • Siddha: MD/MS (Surgery) after BSMS | Valid registration with relevant Council
  • 0-5 years of experience, including fresh graduates

Bonus Skills:

  • Basic surgical skills
  • Familiarity with EMRs or adaptability
  • Public speaking / academic involvement
