- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, implementing innovative solutions that enhance system performance and reliability.\
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, advocating for continuous learning and improvement within the team, driving innovation and progress.\

- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, leveraging expertise to drive team success.\
- Proven experience with .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC, C#, SQL Server and .NET Core, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.\
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent leadership and team management skills, with effective communication and interpersonal skills.\
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.\

- Experience with database design and development, including SQL Server, with knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.\
