Job Title: Cloud Contract Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our organization as a Cloud Contract Manager. This individual will be responsible for managing service and supplier contract agreements, including configurable service packages, renewals, flexible billing, and entitlement processing.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of functional experience in cloud service contract management modules. They will also need to possess strong expertise in designing and configuring cloud contract management workflows, integrations, and templates.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing cloud contract management solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Managing contracts, including lifecycle management, renewals, and terminations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on contract management strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Providing training and support to end-users on cloud contract management processes and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of functional experience in cloud service contract management modules.
  • Strong expertise in designing and configuring cloud contract management workflows, integrations, and templates.
  • Minimum 2 end-to-end implementations designing and configuring cloud contract management modules (contract templates, workflows, and integrations).
  • Hands-on implementation experience with cloud-based project costing, project contracts, and project billing modules.
  • Knowledge and experience in supporting platform-as-a-service (PaaS) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
  • Familiarity with Service Level Agreement (SLA) frameworks and ability to ensure compliance.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
