Seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with experience in regression testing, data validation, and analysis.

This role involves performing regression testing to ensure new changes do not impact existing functionality. You will design, maintain, and execute detailed test cases scripts and validation checks aligned with business and technical requirements.

You will conduct data validation, reconciliation, and analysis across multiple systems and sources using SQL, Python, and Excel.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and advanced Excel for data validation and analysis. Experience working with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools is also required.

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of SDLC testing methodologies and best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role.

Bonus points if you have experience with test automation frameworks and scripting, exposure to performance load testing, or the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not impact existing functionality
  • Design, maintain, and execute detailed test cases scripts and validation checks aligned with business and technical requirements
  • Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and analysis across multiple systems and sources
  • Use SQL, Python, and Excel for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues
  • Document, track, and manage defects using JIRA
  • Continuously improve testing processes, frameworks, and automation opportunities
Required Skills
  • Proven experience in regression testing with strong defect identification and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and advanced Excel for data validation and analysis
  • Experience working with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC testing methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
