Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, Ultra-HNIs, and retail clients
  • Provide personalized investment solutions, timely advice, and superior client service
  • Address client concerns and feedback to enhance satisfaction and retention

Market Analysis & Advisory Support

  • Stay updated on equity market trends, macroeconomic outlook, and corporate developments
  • Provide actionable market insights to clients and team members
  • Support clients with portfolio diversification, asset allocation, and risk management strategies

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, NSE/BSE, and other regulatory standards
  • Monitor trading activities and mitigate risks
  • Conduct regular audits for operational transparency and compliance
