Job Title: Global Marketing Leader

About this role

This is a global marketing leader position responsible for driving predictable pipeline growth, strengthening the brand's position as a category leader, and fueling expansion across enterprise and mid-market segments worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B SaaS metrics, sales cycles, and funnel performance. They will be able to design and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with business growth and category creation.

Key responsibilities include delivering 3–5x YoY growth in marketing-sourced pipeline through integrated campaigns and ABM strategies, improving MQL → SQL conversion rates by 25% via lead scoring, nurturing, and tighter sales alignment, and building a predictable demand engine leveraging paid, organic, and partner-led channels.

Additional responsibilities include repositioning the company as a thought leader in the target category through strategic content, executive visibility, and category creation initiatives, launching a refreshed global brand narrative and visual identity aligned with business growth priorities, and establishing a regular cadence of product launch GTM plans with aligned campaign rollouts.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience scaling demand gen programs (ABM, performance, lifecycle) with measurable results, a strong capability in crafting positioning, personas, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement, and experience leading multicultural teams, entering new markets, and managing localization strategies.

Education and work experience requirements include an MBA in Marketing, Strategy, or a related field from a Tier-1 business school, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline required, and 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including 5–7 years in a leadership marketing role.
