Quality Assurance Leadership Role

This Quality Manager position is responsible for leading a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of performance. The successful candidate will develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and understanding of quality management systems and industry standards, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science) required; master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a systems development environment, ideally with corporate systems (e.g., accounting, HR, procurement, CRM).
  • 5+ years in quality assurance team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
