Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Analyst, Technical, you will work directly with customers implementing the system, assist them in implementing their users' requirements, and follow up with users to test the implementation and achieve signoff.

You will also assist developers in understanding the API required to extend the system, add data to the system, and build interfaces between our and external systems, train users and customer developers on the basic use of the system, and perform system installation and configuration.

You will work hands-on with the system, configuring it and testing that it meets the customer's technical requirements, and work with business analysts, core development, or customer development to code prototypes of enhancements to ensure they will meet business requirements.

You will also have excellent social skills, be willing and able to travel as required, and have relevant technical experience of 3 years and above, preferably in the capital markets domain.

You will have strong proficiency in written and spoken English, experience working in systems or technical analysis, preferably in the capital markets industry with software including Java, Spring boot, containerization skills, Spring, Swing, JDBC, RMI, J2EE, Linux, Oracle, Postgres, XML, Python, CI/CD tools, and strong GUI and server-side development experience.

You will also have excellent object-oriented analysis, design & development as well as fix skills, knowledge of relational databases and SQL including working experience with Postgres and/or Oracle, and preference for domain experience in developing or implementing software in support of any or all of the following asset classes: credit derivatives, interest rate derivatives, equity derivatives, fixed income, or FX.

Experience designing/building front-to-back capital markets trading systems will be especially valuable, and you will have excellent user documentation & presentation skills.

Our work arrangement is hybrid, and you will be coming into the office just 2 days per week.
