Job Description

The Chief Operations Coordinator is a pivotal role in the manufacturing process, responsible for overseeing production schedules and daily operations to achieve output targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate stamping press operations, tool die changeovers, and machine efficiency
  • Enhance productivity, cycle time, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
  • Maintain adherence to quality standards, minimizing rejections and scrap
  • Collaborate with maintenance and tool room teams for proactive and corrective actions
  • Oversee manpower deployment, shift management, and operator training
  • Implement lean manufacturing practices for process improvements
  • Manage inventory, raw material utilization, and production costs
  • Present production reports, KPIs, and MIS data to senior management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10-20 years of experience in manufacturing - stamping
  • Prioritization on immediate joiners preferred
