About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design and deployment of ML models that power business-critical solutions.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ML systems, driving innovation and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning models using Python and popular ML libraries.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines, feature engineering, and training workflows to ensure efficient model performance.
  • Deploy models to production using containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, as well as cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Monitor model performance, retrain, and maintain production-ready systems to ensure optimal results.
  • Develop APIs and integrate ML solutions with enterprise applications to drive business growth.
  • Stay updated on the latest ML/AI trends and contribute innovative solutions to advance business objectives.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to align with business goals and drive success.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in ML engineering or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python; knowledge of Java/Scala/R is an asset.
  • Expertise with popular ML libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Hands-on experience with data tools like Pandas, NumPy, and Spark.
  • Experience with ML deployment using SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI, TensorFlow Serving, and TorchServe.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra) and version control (Git).
  • Understanding of DevOps/MLOps practices and excellent problem-solving skills.
