Requirements:
  • At least 13 years of experience in call quality or QA in BPO/financial services
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills to drive results
  • Proficiency in audit tools and reporting to analyze and present insights
  • Ability to take initiative for process enhancements to drive continuous improvement
