Job Title: Cluster Manager OperationsJob Description:

The ideal candidate will have a graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline and at least 7 years of experience in the skilling sector, with a focus on mobilization and placements.

Operational Leadership

  • Ensure seamless operation of multiple centers within the designated cluster.
  • Provide strategic direction and operational leadership to multiple centers within the assigned cluster with a focus on enrollment and placements.
  • Implement programs, oversee center-level activities within the cluster, manage resources, and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of organizational policies and procedures.

Program Management & Coordination

  • Oversee the coordination and execution of programs across the cluster.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community partners and other external stakeholders to enhance the impact and reach of the cluster.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams for operational requirements.
  • Participate in formal meetings to share operational feedback with respective stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Liaison with internal stakeholders for operational requirements.
  • Train, mentor center managers and support staff within the cluster.
  • Enable optimal productivity levels of reporting teams.
  • Establish and communicate employee satisfaction plans to center managers, outlining specific strategies and feedback mechanisms.

Resource Management:

  • Manage budgetary resources effectively to maximize impact across all centers.
  • Monitor and optimize resource allocation, including staffing and supplies.

Documentation, Compliance, and Quality Assurance

  • Prepare regular reports on program outcomes and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
