Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our data engineering group, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data systems that meet the needs of our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong background in big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, and Scala.
  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL tools such as Apache Beam and Apache Airflow.
  • Strong understanding of database design, data modeling, and data governance principles.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot complex data engineering issues.
  • Familiarity with data security and compliance best practices.
