Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Big Data Architect with our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data engineering, data warehousing, and big data processing.

The key responsibilities of this role include designing and implementing end-to-end data engineering solutions using a combination of Python and AWS data services like Glue, Lambda, and EMR.

Other responsibilities include developing and maintaining scalable ETL pipelines, utilizing PySpark for efficient big data processing and transformation, working with Kafka for real-time data ingestion and stream processing, optimizing and fine-tuning data pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency on the AWS platform, implementing data security measures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable data architectures, and troubleshooting and resolving complex data workflow issues.
