About Fit-Out Project Lead

This role plays a pivotal part in the delivery of commercial interior fit-out projects for global enterprise clients across India. You will lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from briefing and design coordination to on-site execution, final quality checks, and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret design drawings, BOQs, align procurement, manage site delivery, commissioning, snag resolution, and client handover.
  • Prepare and control project plans—schedule, budget, resources; maintain governance via change control and risk logs.
  • Coordinate internal/external stakeholders—including clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, HSE and building codes through frequent site inspections.
  • Facilitate timely resolution of technical or contractual challenges; oversee accurate documentation from RFIs to variation orders and handover dossiers.
  • Maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle with structured stakeholder reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
  • 8–15 years of experience managing commercial or office interior fit-out projects, including high-value or GCC-related assignments.
  • Hands-on leadership of on-site teams and contractors, ideally with prior turnkey project experience.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
