Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing technical guidance, career development, and performance feedback.
  • Develop, implement, and refine test strategies and frameworks for event-driven cloud applications, including integration, performance, functional, and system testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and product release cycles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in Software Development Testing (Unit testing, System/Integration testing, Acceptance Testing, API testing, Performance Testing).
  • 5+ years of experience working in a backend, database, EDW, or ETL environment.
  • Experience with Azure cloud services like Cosmos, Service Bus, Snowflake, Event-grid.
