About the Fashion Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Fashion Consultant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about activewear trends, possess strong sales skills, and have excellent communication abilities.

The Fashion Consultant will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving store sales, and managing visual merchandising displays. They will also build long-term relationships with customers and handle point-of-sale transactions when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and styling advice.
  • Drive store sales by assisting customers in finding the right products and creating complete looks.
  • Manage store displays and visual merchandising (basic VM training will be provided).
  • Develop lasting relationships with customers.
  • Process transactions and support the billing desk when needed.
Requirements
  • Passion for fashion and fitness - enthusiasm for activewear trends.
  • Strong sales skills - ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Effective communication - fluent in Hindi and English.
  • Experience - minimum 1.5+ years in retail sales (fashion/sportswear preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of customer handling and product information.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory): Knowledge of sportswear fabrics and fits, Familiarity with basic visual merchandising principles, Proficiency with billing software/POS.
