**Job Title:** Outreach Senior Associate

Our team is seeking a skilled Outreach Senior Associate to support the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and Identify Influencers: Research and identify potential influencers across various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) that align with the brand's target audience and values.
  • Conduct Outreach: Conduct outreach to potential influencers, introducing them to the brand and discussing potential collaboration opportunities.
  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate and manage the logistics of influencer collaborations, including content creation, posting schedules, and deliverables.
  • Content Quality Control: Ensure all influencer content meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and their management teams.
  • Communication: Act as the main point of contact for influencers during campaign execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and track the performance of influencer campaigns using various analytics tools.
  • Reporting: Analyze key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversions to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using social media analytics tools and marketing software.
