Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our legal department. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in protecting the company's legal rights and interests.

  • Vetting replies, written submissions, appeals, and other legal documents under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
  • Representing the organization in RERA proceedings before HRERA & HREAT and briefing external counsel as needed.
  • Drafting settlement deeds and other legal documents to safeguard the company's legal rights.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive legal tracker of cases handled, including CRM intimation and updating interim / final orders tracker.
  • Proficiently working with MS Excel to manage and analyze data.
  • Performing other tasks assigned by the management related to legal matters.
  • Briefing external counsel on legal matters.
  • Reviewing customer documentation and sharing it with drafting counsel for drafting replies and appeals.
  • Assisting the team lead in achieving departmental goals.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of legal processes.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external counsel to enhance the company's legal standing.
  • Providing strategic guidance on legal matters to support business growth.
  • Staying up-to-date with regulatory changes and adapting policies accordingly.
