Maintenance Operations Manager

We are currently seeking a qualified and reliable maintenance professional to lead our operations team. As the maintenance operations manager, you will be responsible for managing all installation, repair, and upkeep activities of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing and directing all maintenance processes and activities
  • Tracking expenses and overseeing budget planning for maintenance
  • Maintaining all machinery and equipment to ensure they are at optimal working standards
  • Developing and implementing effective maintenance procedures
  • Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve issues
  • Planning and managing all repair and installation tasks
  • Ensuring all team members adhere to safety policies and procedures
  • Assigning repair schedules and evaluating cost estimates
  • Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs
  • Managing equipment stock and ordering new supplies when necessary
