Job Title: Digital Fabricator Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Fabricator Engagement Specialist to spearhead the development and execution of an innovative loyalty program targeting façade & window fabricators in small to medium-sized projects. This role requires cultivating non-price based value propositions that leverage technical expertise, digital solutions, and consumer insights to deepen engagement, enhance fabricator capabilities, and differentiate our offerings in undifferentiated markets.

About the Role:

This position emphasizes building strategic relationships with fabricators, providing enablers for sustained consultative relationships, and offering platforms for peer collaboration and knowledge sharing. The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management skills, ability to drive digital engagement, and generate meaningful insights from consumers and fabricators.
