Corporate Fitness Coach

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Fitness Coach to spearhead our corporate wellness initiatives. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive fitness programs that cater to the diverse needs of our clients.

Your primary objective will be to create engaging and inclusive training environments that promote healthy lifestyles and employee well-being. To achieve this, you will collaborate with senior coaches to develop innovative group training sessions, functional strength development programs, and mobility exercises.

In addition to your coaching duties, you will also conduct daily consultations with employees to assess their fitness goals, track progress, and provide personalized feedback. Your role will be crucial in fostering a culture of health and wellness within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and lead Strength & Conditioning sessions, incorporating various formats such as high-intensity interval training and functional exercises.
  • Develop and implement Mobility & Recovery sessions, focusing on corrective exercise techniques and injury prevention strategies.
  • Conduct daily consultations with employees to assess their fitness goals, track progress, and provide personalized feedback.
  • Collaborate with senior coaches to develop and implement training programs that meet the diverse needs of our clients.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive training environment for all participants.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
  • Minimum 18 months of experience as a Corporate Fitness Coach or equivalent role.
  • Certification in Strength & Conditioning (e.g., NSCA-CSCS) and expertise in corrective exercise and injury prevention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse client groups.
  • Possess a strong understanding of holistic training principles and the ability to design engaging and challenging workouts.
