Key Responsibilities:
  • Publisher Yield Optimization: Enhance publisher profit/loss
  • Communication Liaison: Facilitate interactions with publishers and internal departments on monetization requirements
  • Technical Quality Assurance: Ensure ad requests and inventory settings are optimal for revenue growth
  • Publisher Ad Layout Expertise: Provide recommendations to maximize yield and performance metrics
  • Publisher Onboarding: Collaborate with supply-side platforms (SSPs) to secure site whitelisting for programmatic monetization
  • Yield Analysis: Monitor yield based on demand source by inventory/product
  • Revenue Stream Optimization: Analyze partner and publisher performance to optimize revenue streams
  • Ad Operations Specialist: Proficient in DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP) and SSP system settings for optimal yield setup
  • Reporting and Analytics: Publish weekly key performance indicators (KPIs), SSP reporting, block list reporting, and partner billing
  • Programmatic Media Management: Develop deals and optimize them for best performance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Effective Communication: Articulate complex information through oral and written communication
  • Organization and Prioritization: Work independently, manage multiple tasks concurrently, and prioritize effectively
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Utilize superior critical thinking skills with business acumen and problem-solving skills

Requirements:
  • Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Technology, or Business Intelligence (MBA/Masters a plus)
  • 2-3 years of experience in Online Advertising/Web Analytics, including Traffic Analyst, Account Management, Yield Management, Campaign Management, Publisher Operations, Ad Operations, Data Analytics
  • Experience with DFP ad server and SSP UI/Applications
  • Experience with Header Bidding Ad Tech
  • Team management and relationship management experience
