Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Illusion Dental Laboratory in Boisar.

About the Role

This is a key position responsible for supporting the growth of our organization by providing strategic HR guidance, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts fairly and consistently.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans to enhance employee performance.
  • Compliance and Legal: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations while maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement, preparing regular reports for plant management and corporate HR.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in HR with experience in employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with a background in the manufacturing industry are preferred.

What We Offer

Competitive salary: ₹8,40,000 - ₹10,20,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
