We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and contribute to our success.

Job Description:

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages open communication and teamwork.

You will address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.

Additionally, you will coordinate performance management, including goal setting, preparing KRA & KPI & performance reviews, and development plans.

You will also provide coaching and support to managers in dealing with performance issues and improvement plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate has a degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.

A strong understanding of labor laws and regulations is essential, as well as experience with performance management and coaching.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹500,000 - ₹700,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
