At E-MATRIX CORP, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server support and management, with a focus on motherboard, memory, and internal hardware technicalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior engineers remotely to ensure seamless communication and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT knowledge-base to support the team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to on-site third-party clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Be available for emergency on-site support in other locations, ensuring business continuity.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in server support and management.
  • Specialty in motherboard, memory, and internal hardware technicalities.
  • At least two years of experience with network management.
  • Fast and active approach to ensure smooth automation operation for third-party clients.
  • Experience working on NDA contracts for third-party clients.
  • Mandatory education in computer engineering.
