Responsibilities

  • Connect and collaborate remotely with senior engineer who sits at Kolkata Head Office.
  • Regularly connect for correspondence and reporting with Business Relations Manager at Head Office.
  • Be keen on developing IT knowledge-base.
  • Carry on follow up communications with on-site third party client regarding invoice, call reports, AMC requirements and more.
  • Be available for travel in case of emergency on-site support in other locations.


Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of server support and management experience
  • specialty in motherboard, memory and internal hard-ware technicalities
  • At least two years of experience with network management
  • Fast and active approach to ensure smooth automation operation for third-party client
  • Experience with working on NDA contracts for third-party clients
  • Mandatory education in computer engineering
