Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to contribute to our digital transformation initiatives.

This role involves designing user interfaces for responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile applications, and web applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the design process, participating in development from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.

Your responsibilities will include breaking down complex design problems into actionable chunks and solving them with clarity and precision.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of human interface design principles, including Apple's human interface design guidelines, Android design, and Google's material design.

You will also require expert-level skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, and other relevant design tools. Additionally, experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS is essential.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Banking experience is preferred
  • Experience in designing web/mobile applications
  • Experience with User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System
  • Agile and Scrum environment experience
