Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Tester Lead to join our team at SMARTWORK IT SERVICES. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software testing, with a focus on ServiceNow modules and test automation tools.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive test strategies, plans, and estimates aligned with project objectives. They will also lead and manage test execution activities, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and estimates aligned with project objectives
  • Lead and manage test execution activities, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
  • Utilize test automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Monitor test progress, identify and resolve issues, and report on test status
  • Track and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle
  • Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and resolve defects
  • Analyze defect trends and identify root causes to prevent future issues
  • Generate detailed test reports, including test metrics, defect reports, and test summary reports
  • Present test results and findings to project stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business users to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, with at least 1 year of experience in ServiceNow testing
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog
  • Experience in creating and executing test cases, test scripts, and test plans
  • Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Appium, TestComplete)
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (eAgile, Waterfall)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
